Got the 2025 CAPiTA Black Snowboard of Death, sized up, and found it different from the reviews: they love it for freeriding, and its flex is firm but friendly, nowhere near as stiff as their Koruas or a Custom X.

Rides a 2025 CAPiTA Black Snowboard of Death and, although they dislike planks, can butter it fairly easily, more easily than their Aeronaut 157.
At about 170 lb, the 2025 CAPiTA Black Snowboard of Death (ash veneer topsheet) feels stiff to them, especially torsionally; they would not call it playful and put it on the stiffer side of medium.
First day on their fourth BSOD, a 2025 CAPiTA Black Snowboard of Death 162: carves like a knife and wants to go fast; compared with their 2021 it is slightly damper and a touch heavier, a bit poppier, with softer torsional flex that makes it easier at slow speeds, and more setback for better float in low-angle powder.
